How do I start a return/exchange?

What are your return policies?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to start a return/exchange. Once your request has been submitted, you'll have 2 weeks to get your item(s) shipped back to us. You will be provided with a mailing label as long as you're returning from within the U.S. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached and are subject to inspection. All refunds are given in the form of store credit that never expires.

*Worn, washed, damaged, and/or dirty items will be denied store credit and cannot be sent back to you*

Do you charge a return fee?

All returns and exchanges come with a flat $5 shipping fee. If you prefer to ship back using your own shipping method, please email us at sales@theprettypumpkin.com for mailing instructions.

How do exchanges work?

Once we receive your returned order, you will be issued store credit that can be used to re-purchase the item in a different size.

Can I return/exchange final sale items?

Items purchased on sale are final sale. We cannot accept exchanges or returns on hair accessories, headbands and hats due to hygiene reasons. These items are final sale

Please do not send these items back to us as we will not refund or exchange them and we are unable to return them to you.

 

How do I return from outside the U.S.?

International customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Please submit your return to sales@theprettypumpkin.com. Please include either your RMA or order number in the package with your items.
